Hey! I’m Liz. I am a hypnobirthing instructor of over a decade, hypnobirthing trainer, hypnotherapist, a Mindset Coach, author, business coach and mentor and owner of The Calm Birth School.
I went from freaked out to fearless when I found hypnobirthing over 15 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter and I knew with every bone in my body that it was my passion. After training to teach hypnobirthing I embarked on building a business with absolutely no background knowledge or training in running one! It took a while to find my feet and understand where I wanted to get to but once I did, and with the help of some great mentors and coaches, I became the business owner I dreamed of and built a business I am so proud of. It took guts, determination and motivation- which most of the time was hard to find- and it took time too. But here I am living the life I dreamed of over 10 years ago with a business I adore and now I want to be able to nurture, support and guide those people who also want to achieve their business goals and dreams.
Hello! I’m Anna, Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Paediatric Nurse, Mindfulness teacher and author of The Mindful Breastfeeding Book.
In 2016 I founded The Mindful Breastfeeding School and embarked on building a business that would mean I could live the flexible lifestyle I desired and create opportunities for my family! My business has meant that I retired my husband at one point and moved my family from Kent to South Africa which has been a dream of ours for many years!
By running TMBS I realised that I loved coaching and mentoring my clients and I could see my experiences reflected in theirs as they began their journey to creating successful businesses. We are commited to being felxible with our live sessions to support our members. Currently our members are in Europe, Africa and America. But we're open to all corners of the globe!
Our Kickstart sessions are currently in the evening (UCT) and are recorded and shared with anyone who couldn't be there. The same with our hotseat coaching. Our co-working session are at various times to suite the needs of our current members. As the memberhsip grows we will continue to ask for feedback on what session times work and don't work for our members. Please do reach out if you woud like to discuss this with us specificacly.
